WHAT ARE SHIPPING OPTIONS?

DO YOU WASH ITEMS BEFORE SELLING?
Yes! All items are properly cleaned & cared for before being photographed & shipped for sale.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BACKROOM PURCHASE?
Follow the care instructions found on the tags in your item. If your item does not have care tags, we recommend hand washing. As a lot of our items are custom pieces, we let you know the best way to care for your purchase inside of your package.
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR ITEMS?
Each item we sell was hand picked keeping materials, brand, quality and trend in mind. We curate our items all across the globe. We do not buy anything in hopes to push a profit. We only source items we would love to wear ourselves to ensure we are not adding back to waste.
HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?
We love our Backroom family and get so excited when people express interest in helping out. We have been slowly expanding our team and are always open to new ideas. I LOVE THIS BUT ITS SOLD, CAN YOU MAKE ANOTHER?
It is rare that we have more than one of an item as our pieces are rare finds and/or made to be unique. However, if you do love something that has already been sold, you can reach out to us and we will look out for something similar.
DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
We currently only have the capacity to take custom orders for friends & family. However, we are working hard to create a custom order form for the near future. WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF YOUR SECOND HAND ITEMS?
We pride ourselves in only sourcing high quality inventory. Therefore, you will not find a condition rating in the description of each item as they are all in great condition. If there is something that we are obsessed with that is not in perfect condition and we still buy it, we will make you aware of any impurities. Although these are rare occasions for us, any imperfection will be noted clearly in the product description.
